Garmin G1000 Glass Cockpit Flight Training
Most Advanced, Integrated Flightdeck Available!
Advantage Aviation is the only FBO at Palo Alto offering the G1000 cockpit under $160/hour wet. This advanced flightdeck is integrated with six of our aircraft including our 2007 Cessna 172SP and 2006 Cessna 172SP. For the more advanced pilot we also offer a 2007 Turbo Cessna 182 as well as a 2007 Beechcraft G-36 Bonanza. This is the most advanced G1000 yet. The WAAS capable GPS allows you to shoot a LPV approach. It has the new integrated autopilot, TAWS B, XM weather link, chart view and built-in oxygen.
The two displays in the G1000 system are physically identical, containing all of the controls to operate all parts of the avionics system, including navigation, communication, terrain and traffic alerts, weather radar and, soon, the autopilot system. If one display should fail, all necessary information for continued IFR flight is presented on the other display.
